What this site collects, and why.
Agentic CEO publishes The AI Wire, a free daily email. This page says exactly what happens to your information on agenticceo.app. Effective September 28, 2026.
Information we collect
Your email address. When you subscribe we store the email address you type into the form and the time you signed up, so we can send you the newsletter. That is all the form asks for.
Usage and device data. When you visit we collect log data, your device and browser type, your approximate location derived from your IP address, the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and advertising click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid) when you arrive from an ad. We record how you interact with the page: which buttons and links you use, how far you scroll, and — for the signup form — whether it was started, completed, abandoned, or showed an error. We record the names of form fields, never what you type into them. Your email address is never sent to an analytics or advertising service.
Session replay. We use session replay on this site to understand where the page is confusing. Replays reconstruct how a page was used; everything typed into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, so a replay shows that the signup field was used, never the address.
How we use it
To send you the newsletter you asked for; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to measure and improve our marketing and advertising, including learning which of our ads and search results lead people to subscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use the service providers below, and only for the purposes listed.
| Provider | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database that stores subscriber email addresses | Canada |
| Beehiiv | Sends the newsletter and handles unsubscribes | United States |
| Vercel | Hosts the website; receives standard server logs | United States |
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Website analytics, including Google signals for aggregated demographics and cross-device reporting | United States |
| PostHog Inc. | Website analytics and session replay (inputs masked) | United States |
| Google Ads (Google LLC) | When we advertise: measuring which ads lead to subscriptions, and showing our ads to people who have visited this site | United States |
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser, a cookie that labels our own team’s visits (set only through our own links) so they can be told apart from real visitors, and — if you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland — a session cookie that stops PostHog from loading. Beyond that, we use:
- Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. We use Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google signals: where you are signed in to a Google account and have allowed ads personalisation, Google may associate your visit with your Google account information to give us aggregated demographics and interests, and cross-device reporting. We do not receive information that identifies you from this.
- PostHog for website analytics and masked session replay. It uses cookies and local storage to tell visits apart.
- Google Ads, when we advertise, to measure whether our advertising works and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. This uses Google’s advertising cookies and identifiers.
Where you are, and your browser’s privacy signal. There is no cookie banner; these defaults apply automatically. If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, advertising features stay off for your whole visit, Google Analytics sets no cookies, and PostHog (including session replay) does not run. If you visit from Quebec, ad personalisation and the sharing of ad-related data with Google are off by default. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising: Google’s advertising cookies stay off, and your visit is not used for ad personalisation or shared with Google for advertising.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time with the link in any issue.
- Opt out of Google’s ads personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
- Stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Review or delete activity Google has associated with your account at myactivity.google.com.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use its tracking protection; the site works the same without them.
- Ask us to delete your address, or to tell you what we hold: email admin@agenticceo.app.
